NASA International Space Station fly and cross over three cities of Pakistan. These are Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. The station moves with average speed of 7.67 km/s and average 404 km altitude in sky. The International Space Shuttle (ISS) moves 16 times faster than the earth this is the reason ISS completes its rotation in just average 90 minutes however we know earth takes 23 hours and 56 minutes. The space station can be seen from over 6,700 locations worldwide. Doctrine is said to be the stated principle of government policy, mainly in foreign or military affairs. The doctrines are often named after their creator. Estrada doctrine of Mexico and Truman’s doctrine of the USA are a few among many well-known and successful doctrines. Every head of state follows their own perspective to run the state affairs, and this approach is also followed by all developed countries. The Bajwa doctrine of Pakistan bears huge appreciation as it aims “to promote peace which existed in the past” in country. There is need to promote awareness about creation and importance of doctrine in running state affairs. The scope of Bajwa doctrine should be extended, which is currently limited to security, so that it can be used to secure even greater interests of the country. The President of Pakistan’s pardon, to a ranger’s personnel who publically short dead an unarmed civilian Sarfraz Shah in Karachi, bears huge criticism. Such an act by president represents the double standards of justice and governance in the country and deems that law is different for civilians and forces personals. The law in the country is already different for weaker and stronger. If a civilian had short dead to a rangers personnel, would the president has give pardon to a civilian?  I think ‘ NO’ ,  rather the civilian would have been executed long ago under civilian or military court orders. Such a preferential treatment should be stopped immediately because injustice anywhere by anyone has harmful consequence on society. It’s been almost a year, our print and electronic media is dramatizing the Panama revelation and future of Nawaz Sharif, whilst, country’s other issues such as growing child abuse rate, trembling economy, rise of prices of petroleum products, and protests of farmers and teachers are set aside. During last year, Pakistani nation has witnessed the crack of biometric system in schools of Sindh, Increase in corruption in Police department, moral corruption in seminaries, rise of terrorist activities, resume of hate speech in Friday sermons, and growing provincial disharmony on the issues such as census 2017, NFC distribution, and projects of CPEC.
